GROUP TRAINING
Join our dynamic group training sessions at DTL, designed for 4+ athletes. Our group sessions foster a competitive and supportive environment, encouraging athletes to push their limits and learn from each other. Our coaches lead these sessions, integrating skill development, tactical strategies, and team-building exercises.
