  • If I attend group sessions do I have access to extra amenities

    Unfortunately, access to extra amenities is exclusive to our private members. Our group sessions are designed to provide exceptional training experiences tailored to a group dynamic.

  • What should I bring to a training session?

    For your training session, be sure to wear appropriate athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Also make sure you have cleats or sneakers for an optimal training experience.

  • How can I pay for the sessions?

    You can conveniently pay for sessions using Venmo, Zelle, cash, or debit / credit card.

  • How can I contact DTL?

    You can contact us by phone, email, or through our website contact form. We’re here to answer any questions and provide support.

  • What is the difference between group & private sessions?

    Private:These are tailored for up to 3 athletes. We focus on specific skill development and detailed feedback, ensuring specific needs are met.Group:Our group sessions help build teamwork and encourage each other in a supportive environment. We create an interactive space where healthy competition helps everyone improve. This promotes a sense of community while working together to reach our collective goals.

  • Do I have to be a member to book?

    No! You do not have to be a member to book a session.

  • What services do you offer?

    We offer private & group training services in football and lacrosse. We also provide video analysis, nutritional guidance, tactical scheming, and recruitment consultation. 

  • How do I book a training session?

    You can book a training session through our website or by contacting us directly via email.

  • What is the duration of a training session

    Each session is typically 70 minutes long.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the session will be subject to cancellation fee.

  • How many athletes are in a private session?

    Private sessions will have 1-3 participants.

  • How many athletes are in a group sessions?

    Group sessions will have 4+ participants, with a max of 10 to ensure proper coach-to-athlete ratio.
